Simpli-FI OS is a family of ventures building tools for identity, recruiting, wealth management, conference companion sites, professional organizing, and community stewardship.
Each venture solves a real problem for real people. No vaporware. No fluff.
Simpli-FI OS is the work of Hunter and Lindsey Lott. Hunter is a Fire Captain with the City of Denton, a USMC Reserve Captain, and a Registered Investment Adviser. Lindsey is a Registered Nurse and former pediatric ER nurse who left the hospital to homeschool their four children. She now runs Simpli-FI Life, a professional organizing business serving homes and businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth, with virtual coaching available nationwide. Her specialties include restaurant back-of-house, office decluttering, whole-home systems, and luxury estate management.
Every venture in this portfolio was born from a real gap: recruiting platforms that don't serve first responders, compliance tools that don't speak plain English, families drowning in digital clutter, and communities that can't find the help sitting right next to them.
We don't build software for the sake of building software. We build it because the friction is unacceptable, and nobody else is fixing it.

Chaos is not a character flaw. It is a systems failure. We fix systems.
Every venture starts with a person we've met who has a problem nobody else is solving. If the pain isn't real, we don't build it.
Hunter is a firefighter building for first responders. Lindsey is a nurse turned organizer because she saw what chaos costs families. We build what we live.
Revenue matters, but impact matters more. Every venture carries a mission weight, and we optimize for people served, not just dollars earned.
Whether you're a first responder, an investor, or someone who wants to build something that matters.
